Opening

Chair Pat Pannone called the meeting to order at 8:40 PM and read the Chair’s report. 

Minutes

Mr. Maidman moved to accept the minutes of 8/28/13 as written. Mr. Pinkowitz seconded the motion. The Board voted 3-0-1(Milowe absent) in favor of acceptance.

Adult Entertainment Bylaw

Mr. O’Cain provided the Board with an overview of the topic and stated that this is a very long article. Mr. Pinkowitz suggested that a redlined version be provided to Town Meeting for ease of review. Mr. O’Cain said the Attorney General is requiring these changes. A Public Hearing will be set to discuss.

Bella Estates

Mr. Maidman said the question is getting the two most essential items completed; lighting and roads in a responsible timeframe.

Mr. Milowe moved to adjourn and Mr. Pinkowitz seconded the motion. The Board voted 4-0-0 to adjourn at 8:55 PM.
